About the role

As a Carbon Analyst you’ll:
- Perform quantitative risk assessments and conduct due diligence of carbon offset projects, assessing project viability and the potential for risk mitigation.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and industry standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and third-party validators for project verification and validation.
- Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and legislation related to carbon offsetting and climate change.
About you
You’ll thrive as an Carbon Analyst if you have:
- Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Risk Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the carbon offset or environmental sector.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
- Knowledge of carbon markets, carbon offset projects, and related regulations.
