Lead Product Manager

About the role

• Location: Latin America (Remote)
• Full-time

As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine Product Positioning and GTM
• Build and manage a team of 3 Carbon Project Analysts
• Stay on top of industry trends on Carbon Offset Rating and Measurement Techniques

Requirements:

• A strong academic background in environmental and/or natural sciences, with a deep understanding of the principles and concepts related to carbon offset projects.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze data from various sources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• At least 3-4 years of experience in development or analysis, with a focus on carbon offset projects or related areas.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to work remotely and as part of a team, with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
